A genuine and fragrant cheese, made with thermised goat's milk , selected lactic ferments , rennet and salt .
The intermediate maturation gives it a compact but soft texture when cut , with a strong and slightly aromatic flavour, typical of goat's milk.Perfect to enjoy on its own, accompanied by durum wheat bread , honey , or artisanal jams . Also ideal for enriching platters, salads, and rustic dishes .
Without preservatives, handcrafted according to the Murgia tradition.
